The website of Pure Instinto Seed Bank is exclusively for adults aged 18+.

These terms are governed by and shall be construed inaccordance with the laws of Spain.

Pure Instinto Seed Bank does not in any way encourage the use of illicit drugs and will not take responsibility for the use of any items sold on our website. All the content provided on the Pure Instinto Seed Bank website is intended for informative and educational purpose only. 

Due to the illegality of the germination and growing of cannabis seeds in most countries in the world, Pure Instinto Seed Bank sells cannabis seeds as souvenirs and/or adult collectables only and not for cultivation purposes. Therefore, we regretfully cannot answer or provide any advice regarding germination or growing.

Pure Instinto Seed Bank cannot be copied, sold, reproduced or manipulated for any commercial uses without  our written permission.

If you have any questions about our products, please contact us via email at sales@pureinstinto.com, but as stated above, any inquiries regarding germination or growing will not be answered.

Business hours

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am until 6pm. All orders placed within these hours will be processed immediately. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of the accumulated sales.

Purchasing from Pure Instinto Seed Bank

You can place orders via our website www.pureinstinto.com or by sending us an email at sales@pureinstinto.com.

When you place an order, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email with the details of your purchase. However, this does not mean that the order will immediately be processed. We will first check the availability for the products and get back to you confirming that everything is in stock. Only after the confirmation email, we will proceed with the packaging and shipping of your purchase.

Pricing

All of our product prices are stated in Euros (€) and include taxes (VAT) of 21%. Shipping costs of the order are not included in product prices and will be added after the postal address is given by the customer.

In case errors in product prices are found and made, the costumer will be notified by email and Pure Instinto Seed Bank will come with an altered, correct offer or the order can be cancelled by the customer. If a cancellation is made, the customer will be refunded in full. Altered offers are subject to decrease or increase in pricing. 

Customers could face Import Tax for their orders, depending on which country the order is shipped to. These costs are the customers’ responsibility. Pure Instinto Seed Bank recommends all customers to be aware of the taxes in place, as we cannot give advice on these matters. 

Payment

Orders are only valid after the payment process is completed by the customer. 

Pure Instinto Seed Bank offers various methods of payment to their customers. Orders can be paid by the following:

Important: add your “Order number” as a reference in your bank transfer so we can link it to your payment to your order!

Please note bank commission is not included in the price so check the bank charges and ensure the full amount is paid.

Cash in envelope:

We only accept EUROS.

Send the cash in an envelope stating your “Order number” and a copy of your order invoice.

All cash payments must be sent using Registered Mail to Guarantee their Delivery.

Make sure that the envelope is sealed strongly to avoid that a potential thief at the post office will open the envelope and find the money.

It is on the customers responsibility to assure their envelope is temper proof. Pure Instinto Seed Bank does not take any responsibility for money lost in the postal mail.

Shipping

Pure Instinto Seed Bank aims to deliver orders as fast as possible. Please be aware that customers based in Europe can expect their order to arrive approximately seven days after the payment has been received. 

Customers based outside of Europe can expect longer shipping times for their orders. 

Pure Instinto Seed Bank ships its products to all destinations where products are legal. 

A notification is sent to all customers once their order has been shipped. If you have chosen registered shipping, then it will include a track and trace number (only available within Europe). 

Pure Instinto Seed Bank uses Royal Mail for all shipping. Please make sure that the delivery address is accurate, and someone is present to sign for the parcel upon arrival in case of choosing the registered option. 

If our products arrive past the expected delivery date, Pure Instinto Seed Bank cannot be held responsible, as it is outside of our control to deliver the parcel to your delivery address in time. We advise our customers to contact us with any questions relating to the status of their order, if the delivery takes much longer than expected. 

With registered shipping only: If the order takes longer than expected, or is presumed to be lost, customer, shipping company and business can agree that the parcel is lost, which then we can provide a refund after the goods are officially declared as lost. 

If declared lost by courier after 2 weeks, we will send a replacement out.

Cancellations & Returns

All customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email to notify us of your decision. Pure Instinto Seed Bank will refund customers fully, if the customer cancelled their order within the stated timeline. Cancellations after the set timeline are deemed invalid and we will proceed with the order. 

Customers are eligible to return their order within 14 days after receiving the order. Please notify us if you would like to return an order via email or phone, stating the reason for your return. Shipping costs of the return of your order are the responsibility of the customer and the customer needs to provide Pure Instinto Seed Bank with proof of sending the order back. 

After Pure Instinto Seed Bank receives the order in a good state, the product price, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days.
